Website getting constant error

I get an email almost every day now that has this error message:

      I do have a firewall in place, and block a couple of problem countries, but it is like Russia and turkey I think… Anyway, let me know if there is an issue accessing the site, and I will try to remedy it, but there shouldnt be.

      4.0 seems to have fixed the issue for me. Although not a fan of some of the changes with styling that now needs to be gone through and fixed for my client.
