We're using Action User which breaks the screen scrolling.
Two problems:
One: we prefer the action user new event as part of the page rather than a pop up but using this stops the window scrolling down.

Two: The Lightbox pop-up window formatting has gone wrong with formatting from the right hand side. Oddly the hosting page with the add an event button also breaks the screen scrolling abilty.

Hello,
1. Your theme (or Page Builder if you use one) adds this style that completely removes the side scroll:
Unfortunately, we cannot fix this from our side.
2. This is because of added formrtl=”yes”. It changes the form formatting to RTL, but since your website is LTL, then it breaks the styling.
Please remove formrtl=”yes” from the shortcode.
