Hi!
This doesnt help me (its a very poor answer of you)!
When I copy the shortcode to another page, where there are other and few errors, it doesnt work either!

So how can you fix this???
It is obviously an error of your plugin.

It works in Troubleshooting Mode:
Which means there is a certain plugin or the theme itself that causes this.
Let’s also try enabling WP_DEBUG to check if there are any server errors. Please follow the instructions in this documentation to activate debug in your site to see any PHP errors recorded that can provide insight on to whats going on. Please reply with a link to debug.log file. If you are not able to do this please send us FTP access to your site so we can do this for you.
