won't update


already for a long time I have not been able to update either Eventon plugin.  I have licenses.  What is the problem?  I don’t have this on other Eventon sites.  thank you!

      If you are unable to do autoupdate, you can go to codecanyon your account > download and get the latest eventon version as zip file. Then you can go to your website, deactivate old eventon install new one and activate and delete old eventon. In order to update eventon to latest version. This link further explains it.

      It won’t delete the event dates already entered in, will it?

      No it will not.

      But, just to be safe, please take a backup f your site once before you do the update.

      I followed these steps and I am still getting an update notification.
