Unknowingly, I updated to Woocomerce 3.00 and it as messed up a number of ticket bookings. What should I do to fix this? Can you advise or let me know if I can roll back the site to the previous settings and recover the data?

You should contact your host.
Maybe they can give us backup from earlier dates.
Don’t worry I have used the email confirmation I have had to verify bookings so its ok.
When will the plugin work again? It is functional now but I would be worried to keep using it if it is not fixed in the next week or so?

I just had time to look into WC 3.0 compatibility and there was a lot of issues with tickets addon which I was able to fix. Going to do more tests on tickets addon on WC3 and see if we find more issues and if so get those fixed as well and release the update soon as we can for tickets addon 🙂
