We are currently developing a site with EventoON Full Cal + tickets + reminders and are noticing multiple issues.
Main goal of sending in this ticket is to point out that WP 7 update has caused multiple odd little bugs.

In our case we will be downgrading back to WP 6.9.4 to ensure that EventOn features remaining working in a stable facing until updates are available... For those not familiar with how you can revert to a previous WordPress version:

in your terminal / WP CLI:

wp core download --version=6.9.4--force

Some things we have noticed:

1. Default Time Zone:

After WordPress 7 update, Default Timezone is no longer showing any options in dropdown list, nothing can be set. And we are getting odd AI notices.

2. IN WP 7 Creating a new event now has a "meta box" that needs to be toggle for the event title and description to show. Odd behaviour: https://skreengrab.com/Screen-Capture-2026-05-22-11-34-18

As we are trying to build the site in a way everything is easy to use for our non-technical users... this extra step for Meta Box is not a good user experience.

3. We had issues creating a new event while demoing this to our customer - it would save the event, but would not show on the calendar. It would simple not save data and time. A day later when testing. I could not replicate this. My suspicion, 2 admin user logged in at the same account / same time... should not matter.. but... can't thing of anything else.

These are just a few items we encountered. It is enough for us to determine that currently we have to revert to WordPress 6.9.4 to ensure a stable EventOn / WordPress situation.

I fully understand a full version WP update will cause issues and will take some time to fully determine what the issues exactly are. Hoping you can get a handle on the issues in a timely manner!
