wp_enqueue_media() being called on all pages

EventON 5.0.13 unconditionally calls wp_enqueue_media() within load_default_evo_scripts() in includes/class-frontend.php. This loads the complete WordPress media uploader, templates and dependencies on every public page for logged-in and logged-out users. Please conditionally load it only where a frontend media feature requires it.

This is adding additional DOM to pages + also created a performance drop.

At the same time, we are now receiving broken links from the /%7B%7B%20data.editLink%20%7D%7D&image-editor
