Hi Ashan, thanks for that, yeah it was the cache – should have picked that up myself. Brain working overdrive at the moment :)…

After testing again, it does in fact clear everything out and then the rest puts back the original info so it can be customised. While this is helpful when there’s only minor customisations and not many repeats, it doesn’t really solve the problem of inheritence, ideally, the clear out should only clear out fields that weren’t customised from the original. I appreciate this would probably involve a lot of rework on your part so maybe this could go down as a feature request. Ideally the data in the customised repeat should only contain fields that differ from the original and all other data should come from the orginal event. Totally understand this likely require refactoring the way you handle repeats at the moment.

Kind regards,

Glenn

JJ Just wanted to update you we released new version 2.4.14 for tickets addon where we have tested to make sure express checkout is indeed working. 🙂

Clear out should not do that Glenn, try hard refresh your browser Ctrl + shift + R

and flush out old scripts to load new script. Clicking on that button should clear out all the fields nothing else 🙂

No worries on the delay 🙂

Sorry for the delay response. It seems to be working fine for me.

The error in your video is from eventon/classic block — we have addressed this in 4.9.8 — if you are still expericing this kindly try updating to latest version 4.9.9

I think the issue is because your website PHP memory is running out at the end of the 800+ some events data added to CSV file.

1800 events of CSV data is quite a bit.

I would recommend try increasing the PHP memory on your server and see if that helps, try increasing it to 1000MB just so you can run this.

Here is the documentation on how to increase memory limit.

if you have eventON activated, you should be able to update the software automatically.

The issue with the loader was resolved in an update, to hide the loader after ajax loading.

Hi Andre thank you for letting us know. We have implemented a new system that allow customers to share access info in a secure way where info is not encryted.
