Hi Dave. I see you are still helping out. Glad to hear it. I can only see 5 tickets. If I click more other people’s tickets load, not mine.
A bigger problem is the next ticket tho. Can you check the next ticket below this please? My main eventon pages aren’t opening sometimes.

After performing a permalink reset, it is working again. But the time is wrong. As an example: the event starts at 9 am, it is 11 am in the ics file, while in the google calendar file it is correct with 9 am.

you could allow those logged in to submit images normally but for those not logged in the admin notes would have to suffice for them which might gett them to join so they can upload photos
if they upload the image somewhere else perhaps to facebook and provide you the direct url
then you could download and add it
so there is an additonal field called private notes for admin in myeventon>>>>action user>>>>form fields
that would be the place to add it
you can change the language of that field in myeventon>>>>language
i’ll alert ashan – it might just be the helpdesk update- but i can see them all
i can see all 43- perhaps theres pagination to get to the next ones-
