Hello,

I have now completed the full troubleshooting process.

  • Used Health Check & Troubleshooting mode

  • Activated only:

    • WooCommerce

    • EventON (v5.0.2)

    • EventON – ActionUser (v2.5.8)

    • EventON – ActionUser Plus (v1.3)

  • Theme: Twenty Twenty-Five (default)

The shortcode [add_evo_submission_form msub="yes"] works correctly, and the submission page loads fine.

However, after purchasing a submission product and marking the order as Processing → Completed, the page still shows:

“You have used all your paid submissions.”

I confirmed:

  • The WooCommerce order includes _evoaup_submission_level meta correctly.

  • No postmeta/usermeta was updated after completion.

  • When I manually insert _submission_data via SQL, the submission immediately appears on the page.

Example manual insert:

INSERT INTO wp_postmeta (post_id, meta_key, meta_value)

VALUES (154005, ‘_submission_data’, ‘a:1:{i:264002;i:1;}’)

ON DUPLICATE KEY UPDATE meta_value=’a:1:{i:264002;i:1;}’;

→ After this, the submission level appeared correctly on /adauga-eveniment/.

It looks like the hook responsible for syncing purchased submissions from WooCommerce (woocommerce_order_status_completed or similar) is not firing in ActionUser Plus v1.3.

Can you please confirm:

  1. Which function handles the credit update in ActionUser Plus v1.3?

  2. Does it rely on a specific WooCommerce hook or payment gateway response?

  3. Is there any function/shortcode to force manual re-sync of submissions from completed orders?

Thank you,

Daniel – Onevent.ro

Hi, ok but even if that’s not translated, I don’t need the options “All” — Is this normal that it’s there? Because there is only 3 choices, shouldnt be an “All” option even it’s not in french.

tahnks

It seems that “All” isn’t translated. I am going to escalate this ticket to development to help in here. Please allow us some time to address this, and we truly appreciate your patience. Thank you for being a valued EventON customer!

Additionally, if your site has any IP blocking or security restrictions in place, kindly disable them temporarily to facilitate our support process.

You selected here a variation with All, that’s why it’s visible on the front-end:
