Ok, I figured it out. It was operator error. I was experimenting and created a custom post type and named it /events/. That created a conflict with EventOn when trying to load the /events/name-here. I deleted the custom post type and that fixed the issue. I appreciate your help in troubleshooting. EventOn is working as expected 😉

A renewal reminder email was sent to you before this was updated and seems like it was updated once in 2019 so its not the first time. I have gone ahead and refunded you for the order. Kindly keep track of your renewals and if no longer need renewed please cancel subscription https://docs.myeventon.com/documentations/how-to-cancel-addon-subscription-before-auto-renew/
Because we dont usually refund renew orders and I just did you a big favor 🙂
Best regards EventON team!

I am sorry I am trying to understand what the issue is? Where are you setting to receive the event updates?

I just updated the full cal to 1.1.11 and still no change.
I checked the debug file and it now says –

As a test I created another page and created the shortcode for a standard daily view calender and it doesn’t the same thing. Just shows it’s loading.

By the way, do you want us to do the responsive part ourselves? Do you have the design? Please send it if you have.

Hello,
We are already doing the work. As I had mentioned earlier, this is a lot of work. It is still a work in progress and everything is at code level. There is not a lot to show at the moment.
I will let you know when the work is ready.
Thanks

Apologies to come back to this ticket but I have been sending messages for a few days on a paid customization request which is in progress but with no updates, no demos, no information whatsoever.
It would be great if we could see the fruits of our work.
