I really appreciate you looking into this issue for me. I tried your solution and seems to work so far.

Do you know if by commenting that line out, my theme will suffer some modifications or problems? I mean, I am not a developer so I am not familiar with what a code is used for, but by looking at that line, perhaps you can tell me, or is that something I should ask my theme provider?

Ok, just reactivated it.
