You can replace the file through ftp. If that’s not possible, you could ask your host to reert to previously working backup

If we go ahead and purchase the Full Cal and Daily View plugins again, can we have them fall under the previous licensing model where we don’t have to pay annually?

I’ve replaced the code in the wp-config. But not loaded it back into the backend yet as I have a question about step 5.

Step 5:

Now, perform the same action that caused the initial error or bug.

There was no particular action when this happened, or I didn’t notice it. Does that matter? Can I still run the debug?
