Hello Bram unfortunately we do not support with 3rd party theme/plugins. You may want to contact the theme developer and see if they can help. They know the theme better than anyone else and it would take us so much time to go through 100,000+ lines of codes to figure out an issue. I wish you best of luck with the theme developer and I really hope they will be willing to work with you.
