Unfortunately I dont have examples of those. In your situation if you go to the API url directly you can see the events JSON data but when you try to access it within the code it doesnt send out anything. So it seems like there is some restrictions going on with the server? may be your web host might be able to answer better?

The Avada theme has over 400K users, I would think you would make sure EventOn works with this major theme. I can’t change themes for the client. Maybe in the future I can do some testing ย for you but not at the moment.

Hello Adam I have emailed Basilis about this and he will get back to you. Customization jobs are handled by the individual team member.

I have also sent a email to ashish as well. It is the weekend so kindly allow some time for him to get back. He does usually take some time to get back. We will get this resolved for you soon Jason ๐Ÿ™‚

btw what is the ticket ID for the customization job?

We got you covered mate ๐Ÿ™‚ the cancel event option in the event publish is already built to populate the information for google structured data.

on front end

just make sure you have NOT set to remove schema data for the calendar in settings.

And lastly stay safe out there josh!
