>>Error message: syntax error, unexpected end of file,<<

usually means the complete file is not load or the loading of the full file is stopped/interrupted.

Are all these error coming up with that one theme? would you mind testing with another theme and see if those issues are coming up as well?

1. Try

body { font-family:  Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif; color: #000000; }

It cannot find .date in style.css:

2. I put my code to wp-admin > Customize > Appearance > Additional CSS. Please check now.

The problem is not that the theme is old but it seems that they customized EventON. You can see that they did it because of this line:

#4 /home/archicak/public_html/wp-content/themes/wplms/eventon/single-ajde_events.php(166):

It has this path that goes to your theme:

themes/wplms/eventon/single-ajde_events.php

Hello,

I just want the users to be able to select the time slots for that day

Unfortunately, at the moment it is not supported. However please create a new ticket and select Feature Request as category so others can vote on your idea and get it moved into development faster. OR You can send us a customization job request by creating a new ticket in here and selecting Customization Request as the category.

in which you state there have been zero problems on Divi.

Could you shows us where we stated this?

PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Class ‘ET_Builder_Element’ not found in /home/grahamschocolate/public_html/wp-content/themes/Divi/includes/builder/feature/woocommerce-modules.php:732

This error says that the problem was in Divi’s file that extends WooCommerce. We don’t really know how Divi works so couldn’t help with this issue, I am afraid.

The ticket problems were resolved by updating the Divi THEME (the site does not use the Builder as a standalone plugin) to version 4.4.0. The true cause of the original problem is still unknown.

So the problem was in Divi itself, no? Because updating helped.

The standard WordPress troubleshooting steps you offered are not logical for a live website nor is it reasonable to have development resources & budget available to spin up new WP site with only the 3 pieces installed.

We ask customers to check if there are incompatibility issues because it usually takes 30s-1minute to check.
