Still working over to fix the compatibility issue with the same so this can be worked properly and saw things properly

i think i found the issue.

see how the events are being pushed as children of other events after those few events. Last time I have seen something like this, it happened because a customer have typed incorrect HTML in event details. like <div> and then not close them properly. 

this part is added by something else. so somethign is added stuff and that is causing bad closing of div tags which is whats causing the issue. I will dig into it little but clearly this is caused by a 3rd party plugin or your theme because we are not seeing this in other customers. 

I can not gaurantee i can find a solution but I will look a little. the best thing would be to reach out to those 3rd party plugin/theme and see if they can shed some light as to what they might be doing there.

Yes I figured this out after your last reply.  I hadn’t activated the add-ons on these sites.  I have now, so I see it listed under “manage license”

Ah gotcha thank you for explaining that. Unfortunately that type of booking reservations can not be performed with our addons. I am really sorry perhaps you may want to look into a full on booking and reservations for hotels type plugin for that part of the puzzle 🙂

that is correct. i think the activations does couple of years were not saving the correct data.

Here is what I see in the system for where they are activated by order ID
