Could you try going to Edit Event > RSVP > press Sync Count icon?

In our Event Details Card (the extra page) we’re using the Guest List section to display all guests.

And all guest are registered on your website (they can login to wp-admin and so on), correct?

Please check for latest version (2.6.9) of this software from here Your issue might be related to an older version you are running and we might have resolved this already in the newer version update. If you are on latest version of our software and the issue still persist please let us know.

Unfortunately, at the moment it is not supported. However please create a new ticket and select Feature Request as category so others can vote to get this moved into development faster. OR You can send us a customization job request by creating a new ticket in here and selecting Customization Request as the category.

You can also go to wp-admin > Products > Edit Ticket product > set Catalog visibility to Shop.
