OK thank you, I will replace EventOn with another Event Calendar.

What is your refund policy?

Yes I am using ithemes security plugins and their backup plugin

They say EventOn conflicts with their Sync plugin. Nothing they can do about that.

However, it would be great if you can fix EventOn to work with their plugins, otherwise I need to look for another event calendar that does.

Bram thank you for adding that code. I would like to debug your website to see if tehre are any errors recorded in PHP that might give insight to this issue. Would you be ok with sending FTP access to wp-content folder?

That could be an interesting option. Unfortunatly, we added the code suggested to the wp-config file and checked whether this was indeed correct. We tested the memory limit with lots of values but it does not solve the problem 🙁
