Unfortunately, WordPress also requires php 7+ to work properly and our products also do.

You do need to upgrade into your web server…

I found a solution now to solve my issue. I have commented lines 1005 – 1024 in eventon-tickets/includes/class-integration-woocommerce.php. Now the whole part concerning ticket holder details is not shown in the order completed mails anymore.
