Gutenberg is not supposed to be activated at all on wp-admin > Events > Add/Edit Event page. What version of EventON are you using? Could you update to 2.8.5 if needed?

Try installing a plugin that can minimize and combine .css and .js files from your server. This will fix this issue and increase the overall performance.
Could you update Bookings add-on to 1.1.1 and check? If it doesn’t help please try the instructions mentioned in this documentation.

It seems there is an incompatibility issue with the theme. I added the fix to EventON > Styles so now it should work. Please check and let me know.
You can find available options in EventON > Appearance > ActionUser Styles. If you don’t see any change after editing these options, EventON > turn off Write styles to header > save settings > turn on Write styles to header.
I rechecked the available options and, unfortunately, “Default Sort by” is not available in Event Lists shortcodes, only in Main Calendar. You could use this options in older versions but they weren’t officially available.
