Sorry for so many replies.  I have gone into the backend, and it is set up and activated for automatic updates, and it says it is the same as what I have in the download in the account.  Therefore, I am unsure what to update as it is showing up to date. As per screenshot attached.

Ok, I see how to do this.  I have a problem in that I somehow created 2 accounts with you guys. Is there a way to combine these accounts?  There is this one, and one with the email britt.spence85@gmail.com

Eventon is compatible with woocommerce and we haven’t had any complains from our users. In fact, one of our popular addons, ticket addon, is built on top of woocommece.

Please make sure you are using latest versions of all plugins.

You are using very old version of eventon and ticket addon.

Please update both to latest version and check once.
