We live in a modern world, Ashan, and there are alternatives to turning control of your entire site over to someone you don’t know, whose motivations are very probably different than yours, whose skill level has not been assessed, and who may or may not have adequate safeguards in place to prevent or mitigate a data breach.  The Internet is a large, dangerous place and not one serious system or network administrator would accept that it’s either ‘turn over the keys’ or ‘go away.’

I have worked in large-scale, wide-area distributed system automation for a very long time, and never would I ask for login credentials, much less root privileges.

Pick your favorite screen share program and set up a session.  As I said, I am not opposed to trying to help you figure out what’s wrong.  I’m just not going to give you the keys to the kingdom.

soo i did it to show you but this is something ive explained like 3 times. when it changes too that (the url like you said) the whole maps section on the event disappears. not even there

We have checked the debug log. A copy is attached as an image. It shows an error from BackupBuddy plugin, we have already deactivated this plugin and it did not help. The error that is occurring now is: [28-Feb-2020 19:24:31 UTC] PHP Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 805306368 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 20480 bytes) in /home/roby0215/public_html/wp-includes/meta.php on line 958

The memory size allocated in w-config.php is 512M

it seems to be fine now. all of them were slow for me earlier.

So far I am not finding anything. API addon implemented in same way on our end works just fine http://dev3.myeventon.com/api-test/ I am going to try some more tests on your website and see if we can resolve this 🙂
