Thank you for the quick reply. I didn’t realise the relationship was AND. That being said, when the filters are removed the calendar will not load. We have even tried a simple set-up on a test page as well and neither page loads a calendar:

Pages with list views do load, example: https://www.bscene.ca/the-arts/

Hello john hope you are having a great day. I am certain you are a very nice person and what I suggested was with my utmost sincereity and it was something we have seen with other customers that cause similar issues and that worked for them in all the past instances. Thank you very much for trying all those steps to see if cache was the issue. There is not much I can go about activation issue without seeing it in wp-admin (which I know you dont want to give out and I fully understand) but since we can not replicate that on our end there is not much i can do without seeing this happen in your website. Hope you understand what I am trying to say.

(all sites loading fine for me. sofonthebay.com sometimes is slow in admin if other people are editing in there.)

Please also try updating EventON to 2.8.5 and Map to 1.4.5.

To update eventon to latest version: If you are unable to do autoupdate, you can go to codecanyon your account > download and get the latest eventon version as zip file. Then you can go to your website, deactivate old eventon, activate (Do not delete eventon settings & data when EventON is uninstalled) from eventon settings, delete old eventon, install new one and activate. This link will further explain the process it. Also you can follow us on twitter to get real-time announcements on updates!

To update eventon addons: You can download latest eventon addons from myeventon > my account. Then you can go to your website, deactivate old addon and install new one and activate then delete the old addon. This link will further explain the process.
