You can also send us a customization job request by creating a new ticket in here and selecting Customization Request as the category.

What I really need is a Radio button that asks “Are you a guest?” and if they select it then they have to add the name of the person who invited them. Is that possible?

Thank you for your great suggestion, at the moment it is not supported. However please create a new ticket and select Feature Request as category so others can vote on your idea and get it moved into development faster.

You need to change the page layout. I change it to 3 columns so it should be centred now.
