Hello,

Thank you for your great suggestion, at the moment it is not supported. However please create a new ticket and select Feature Request as category so others can vote on your idea and get it moved into development faster. OR You can send us a customization job request by creating a new ticket in here and selecting Customization Request as the category.

Interchangeably using these shortcode values with different views of calendar is not fully support or not supported at all in some cases. So with that being said, the shortcode values you were using were not fully supported before, even though they worked. And with over 2.8 version update we moved to a more ajax based data loading which posed new algorithms which made those not fully supported values not work.

The only possible solution is to downgrade to EventON 2.7.3 and Map to 1.4.4. You can find EventON 2.7.3 here: https://www.dropbox.com/s/4kr060y45fa9cmm/eventON_2.7.3.zip?dl=0

Also, I have the zoom on the map set at 7, but it’s zoomed in.

EventON > Google Maps API > Google starting zoom level doesn’t affect Event Map since it zooms depending on the amount of locations.
