Developer who’ll take the job can answer you about the price. Please create a customization job request. You can also find developers on upwork.com or studio.envato.com.

In addition to the previous message:

The problem occurs when going to the next month (march). Then calendar then only shows the events listed on the 1st of the month. Clicking on any other date in march won’t shown events.

Thanks!

Hello,

Could you update EventON to 2.8.5? After if it doesn’t help please follow the instructions in this documentation to activate debug in your site to see any PHP errors recorded that can provide insight on to whats going on. Please reply with a link to debug.log file. If you are not able to do this please send us FTP access to your site so we can do this for you.

Dear,

We used the instructions mentioned in the documentation. We found that disabling WooCommerce solves the problem. However, this plugin is required for EventOn to work. To make sure it was not a problem of old templates, we updated the theme and WooCommerce plugins.

Could you have another look into this issue?

Thanks in advance!

Thank you so much – I’ll check and let you know.

Also – for some reason, the ticket addition buttons are now showing up as being cut off on the new event I’ve created (this one: https://www.nbwn.co.uk/events/marchs-lunch-at-the-assembly-house/). They look fine on this other one: https://www.nbwn.co.uk/events/nbwn-charity-fashion-show/

Any idea why this would be happening? I’ve tried tweaking text to see if it’s too long in certain fields or something but didn’t fix it. Is it to do with the images I’ve used on that event post maybe?

Thanks in advance!

I hope you can help me, otherwise I will adopt the solution already written: that is, if I have to make changes to the Timeline / Cost calculator, I will disable your plugin, I will make corrections and then re-enable EventON.

Thanks again for the support 🙂
