Ok so there are no accounts in the system with that email. Have you purchased any addons from myeventon.com ? that is the only way you would have an account there. When you purchase an addon from myeventon.com you’d create an account there auto.

Ok So the sync addon was not under 1 year subscription license. Initially i thought that was the case. So unfortunately since it was purchased more than 2 years ago not much I can do about this. 

However you can use coupon code EVO20T and get 20% off on the addon purchase.

I think in the mean time the best solution would be to use basic eventON calendar and add cal_init_nonajax=’yes’. which would load events on page load without ajax. I’ll need to think and do some research on how best to incorporate this for speed when there are lot of events. Sorry Jakob

Apologies for the delay in my reply as i have been really busy getting the site ready for the official launch.

A. Please see attached screen shot of calendar filter. I do not have any events listed for Sept, Oct & Nov 2019 despite the option being present. As stated before: Oct, Nov & Dec 2020 options are missing. This was all OK until the main event calendar was updated to the latest version. Do you have a fix?

Feedback:

  1. Event slider –  1.8. I originally had the slider display one event at a time and I was happy, apart from the problem previously mentioned. When i updated to 2.0 I noticed that there was too much loom on the photos which made them look out of focus and the text being now present in the middle; was hard to read, however i have now changed the settings to show multiple events, and i am happy with the result.

Hello,

Please try updating EventON to 2.8.5 and FullCal to 1.1.11.

To update eventon to latest version: If you are unable to do autoupdate, you can go to codecanyon your account > download and get the latest eventon version as zip file. Then you can go to your website, deactivate old eventon, activate (Do not delete eventon settings & data when EventON is uninstalled) from eventon settings, delete old eventon, install new one and activate. This link will further explain the process it. Also you can follow us on twitter to get real-time announcements on updates!

To update eventon addons: You can download latest eventon addons from myeventon > my account. Then you can go to your website, deactivate old addon and install new one and activate then delete the old addon. This link will further explain the process.
