Hey Malaga,

Thank you for the details.

We think we have located the issue and Ashan will be reviewing this.

We appreciate the patience.

Hello,

The email address associated the Envato/Codecanyon account we used to purchase the license is ims-adsa@rockwellcollins.com.  Let me know if you need any more info.

Thanks!

Dan

Hi,

We canceled for a multitude of reasons, including but not limited too, conflicts, having to disable features so the page is not broken, having to write a books worth of CSS to get it to fit, not having the functionality we need, weird design choices on your end like allowing guest to post images via front end but not allowing the site admin to set it to mods or subscribers,  the cost of a complete calendar to get almost but not all the functionality we would need and mostly it just doesn’t work with what we need for our project.

I’ve already gone through the tickets/help desk route. For this project we would just prefer a refund. The next project may need something like EventON, this one dose not.

Thanks in advance,

Shawn V.

Sorry, there no picture to show. This was wrong post.
In fact, it seems the update direction is from outlook to EventOn but without checking if some events are deleted in outlook and still existing in EventOn.

Hi Shawn,

Thank you for your message. We can for sure process a refund, but could you let us know why it does not work out for you?

Maybe we have a solution that we can offer to get things done quick.

Basiliskan?

How is it going with the customization?

Further more, the Weekly View bug is getting really annoying. Should I create a separate bug report instead?
