Hello,

Thank you..but I do understand how to make categories. However what I am confused about is how to create subcategories. For example, I select a state and that particular state’s cities are displayed. Right now all the cities are displayed as a seperate catagory and its a long list of cities that the user need to scroll through and is not tied to the states…

Just checking in… it’s been almost 2 weeks… hopefully we can get a resolution before the site launches next week, otherwise I’ll need my money back and will have to find another solution.

I was able to delete the redirects to where the page is showing now. It’s still showing my /scholarships as the archive page in the header instead of it just be “Scholarships”. Hoping you can get that sorted out. Paying the PayPal invoice now.

Oswald font is also not showing or taking changes as the primary font. Open Sans is the secondary font. Maybe Artem can continue to help me there.

Basilis – I think the SEO plugin was creating a 410 header issue when I deleted the pages… hence why we were getting the redirect messages. Trying to get some of that sorted now to make it easier on you.

Sorry, this is the second time I have made this mistake.
When I create a ticket, I can attach a file to it. I do this and I get the full impression that the file is attached to the ticket. However, it is not.
Why am I making a file? There are too many bugs to create separate tickets for each. On your system, this is not easily done.
I made a google document:

Do I need to create pages, etc.? The generated message that Artem got this morning was that it was a problem with the Divi theme. I personally feel like it’s a caching issue because the theme displayed the plugin perfectly fine before I hit whatever I did to make the page archive.

Should I contact my hosting company to see if they can delete the EventOn files to truly start from scratch with the installation? I”m fine with that. I took screenshots of the terminology I used in the languaging feature/area.
