Sorry for the delay, would you kindly tell me what the order ID for the orders you are wanting to get a refund for?
So if you have separate installations of wordpress they you will need separate licenses. I am not really sure how you have the /en and /fr but if miramichi.com is your main domain and that is where you only wordpress isntallation they you dont need separate licenes. Hope that makes sense?
