Hello adam, thank you for clarifying this with me. I am sorry I forgot that the seat data get cleared of sold values before it is duplicated. Lets try this after you copy the seat data to new event from database, add this PHP code to theme/functions.php

$SEATS = new EVOST_Seats_Json( <– new events ID–> );

$SEATS->update_all_seats(‘status’,’av’);

See if this will do the trick. I know its a wacky way to do it, but there isnt another prettier way.

Oh I see if the variations addon was refunded for you but it was still charged for the renewed subscription. Just to make sure, you just need refunded for the variations addon that was charged under subscription renewal correct?

that is definitely the spot to change to change date format. changng the code like above will give you the format you want.
