your ip has been added – you should be able to visit / login.

I did what you indicated, installed the plugin and it is still not working properly. Nothing has changed. I keep waiting for a solution.

ticket variations not working – looks like
there is a java script error unreachable code after return statement.
tx_wc_variable.js:193:5

we have 3 variation types and out of this 4 different variations (one variation type has only one option)
the variations seems to be set up correctly but when choosing ticket
options, the variation (”Anzahl Hunde”) is not updating the prize … –

Hello,

Please go to EventON > Addons & Licenses > deactivate your current licenses. Now you can activate them with newly purchased ones.

Hello Phil Davis,

Could you try updating to EventON 5.0.10? The fix should be included.

To update eventon to latest version: (If auto update works, please try that from with your website plugins page)

1. If you purchased eventON from codecanyon > Go to EventON Full page and verify your purchase to get a free copy of eventON latest version and move your purchase over to myeventon.com.
2. If you already purchased eventON from myeventon.com go to My Account > Downloads and get the latest version copy.

Once you have the latest version zip file. Then you can go to your website > make sure ”Delete eventon settings & data when EventON is uninstalled” is De-slected from eventon settings, delete old eventon, install new one and activate. I can’t locate the correct code to replace in the class-settings-designer.php file I am using version 5.0.6

Hello Luis, we have gone ahead and refunded you for the order. We will look into adding support for repeat time schedule in the future. Your subscription is also cancelled. 

I did check the screen recording, but the issue is that I just cannot re-create this on our test site.

I just need to go to your website and make sure that the issue is not with the browser cache or maybe you have some kind of plugin installed that our environment doesn’t have.

You don’t need to give us admin, just make sure I can access wp-admin > Events and EventON Settings.
