Hello,
Could you try downloading EventON again and update? It will still be 5.0.10 but with included patch.
To update eventon to latest version: (If auto update works, please try that from with your website plugins page)
1. If you purchased eventON from codecanyon > Go to EventON Full page and verify your purchase to get a free copy of eventON latest version and move your purchase over to myeventon.com.
2. If you already purchased eventON from myeventon.com go to My Account > Downloads and get the latest version copy.
Once you have the latest version zip file. Then you can go to your website > make sure ”Delete eventon settings & data when EventON is uninstalled” is De-slected from eventon settings, delete old eventon, install new one and activate. This link will further explain the process it. Follow us on X to get real-time announcements on updates!

Hello Artem,
I wanted to follow up on two matters.
Regarding the scheduling issue, the core challenge is the need to generate 30-minute time blocks for Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays within a fixed hourly range that repeats every week. At present, we didn’t see functionality to set these blocks as a weekly recurrence, which makes long-term scheduling, such as generating an entire year’s worth of slots, difficult to manage and maintain.
Additionally, we will wait for an update on the refund. Thank you for your time.
Best regards
Abel.

Hello,
Which ticket are you referring to? Could you send us a link or ticket id?

Hi,
Thank you for your response.
As mentioned in my original ticket. The translation works fine eventon calendar pages – ticket popups etc. All translation is properly used from EventON language settings.
Our calendar EventOn activations seems to be correct based on
(and again, all common EventOn pages, the translations work fine as described in original ticket)
[add_eventon members_only=”no” exp_so=”yes” tiles=”yes” tile_count=”3” tile_bg_size=”full” show_et_ft_img=”no” tile_height=”250” search=”yes” show_search=”yes” wpml_l1=”fr” wpml_l2=”en”]

The important distinction to make is that wpml translation for events and tickets is working on ”normal” pages. It is only on the checkout pages (and sidebar cart) where the translation no longer works. We use WPCodebox for our code snippets (to avoid hardcoding the functions.php) – we have eliminated this being an issue – When WP Codebox is deactivated, the same issue is present, it is not a cusomt code issue.
Furthermore, we are using Classic checkout. To my knowledge I cannot set / or have to set anything else according to your documentation: https://docs.myeventon.com/documentations/how-to-switch-from-woocommerce-blocks-to-shortcode-based-cart-checkout-pages/
Note/Question. Is it common behaviour of the event/ticket system, that a translated event/ticket will not show in the L2 language until the event date/time is set in the L2 / translated page?
I have added the access info. Please note this is on our development server which only allows traffic form Canada and United States. Please use a VPN if you are not in Canada or US

Thank you for your great suggestion, at the moment it is not supported. However please create a new ticket and select Feature Request as category so others can vote on your idea and get it moved into development faster.
