interesting I am seeing this error recorded from wordpress

May be try reaching out to web host and see if they have any insight on to this.

Sorry the end of the previous reply. I intended to delete that before sending. Like I said, just frustrated and want this plugin we’re paying for to work.

By the way, the temp mail system is not a solution for the customer. Emails must be sent from national@womeninmining.us. It works fine in all other emails sent by WordPress and WooCommerce. There’s no reason it shouldn’t be working for events too.

Please hold off on doing more live tests, as those are going out to a large number of people and it looks bad. Is there anything you can fix without more immediate live testing?

How do you explain that it works when you do it but not when we do? To me, it seems like the problem isn’t solved until it works reliably – for everyone.

However, there’s still evidence of their being something wrong. Your test triggered that same message in the previous screen capture that I provided. (“Email Delivery Error: Other SMTP”)

Also, when I go into the WP Mail SMTP plugin and do an email test of the settings, it works and the email error that gets triggered from publishing a new event triggers goes away.

Those shortcode values do not work to fix the full year view calendar. I tried both and when I clicked on an event in the full year calendar, it still popped up the event box which popped open the event details box, rather than navigating to the external URL.

But, the shortcode values DID fix the behavior in the monthly view calendar so that is good.

I paid for the year view and other eventON extensions and still haven’t really been able to use them which is very disappointing. I need this resolved ASAP.

And you can’t pull that up from the license number … ? Between Code Canyon, Envato, and this system, I don’t know which email was used for what, we’re an agency with 40 people. And I can’t log in to the actual MyEnato site for some reason to check what it is there, and the CodeCanyon site doesn’t list the email address when I’m logged in. I don’t see an “Order ID” anywhere, wich of the three or four systems should I be going to for that?

The process of trying to purchase and install this software has been unbelievably frustrating. Were our client not already invested in it, I’d switch them to Event Calendar Pro like we do for our other 120+ clients. Unreal. I know none of this is your fault, you’re just trying to help and I appreciate it but good lord, please let the people above you know how frustrating their systems are.
