The license is set to cancel at the end of the period. And it was renewed on dec 21, 2019 and we have sent a reminder email 3 days before that. This ticket was sent on jan 5th which is 15 days after the license was renewed. I am sorry but per our refund policy we do not offfer refunds on renewals. – the 3 day reminder is sent to let customer knows and give time to cancel license is no longer needed.

The test you sent went through to everyone including myself, but the real event I posted yesterday wasn’t emailed to anyone, and that was when I started this ticket.

My process is exactly the same every time – simply creating an event and publishing it, and making sure the toggle to notify users is on – and it even tells you how many people will be notified.

I haven’t tried using another email address because I’m working closely with others in the oranization who know that I’m troubleshooting this. The results I’m having are the same for all others. Your test this morning went through to everyone, but real events created by myself or other admins have all failed to reach anyone.

Hello,

It seems there is an incompatibility issue with the theme. Please add this CSS code to EventON > Styles (If you can’t see any change, EventON > turn off Write styles to header > save settings > turn on Write styles to header):

body.single-ajde_events[data-footer-reveal=”1″] #footer-outer { position: relative !important }

Emails must be sent from national@womeninmining.us

I received the notification email from this exact email: https://helpdesk.ashanjay.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/01/Screenshot-2020-01-31-at-12.11.49.jpg

By the way, the temp mail system is not a solution for the customer.

Did you try yourself to subscribe using email from this website https://temp-mail.org/en/? If this works for me then it means the problem is in your email address you subscribed with.

Please hold off on doing more live tests, as those are going out to a large number of people and it looks bad. Is there anything you can fix without more immediate live testing?

Does this work for any of your customers?

I am continuing to have the same problem. All email notifications sent from WordPress or WooCommerce work fine – except new calendar event notifications from EventON!

Could you tell me more about your test process?
