Hi but surely that would cost me right? I’d be happy to take some advice from you guys on how to approach this and do it myself If I can.

Have already paid for many of the add-ons and feel this should be simple ask.

 

Please also provide both wp-admin and ftp access information

If the login form is saying the email is invalid that means there is no account with that email. Please use an email that you used to purchase addons from myeventon.com

hey there matt, so for me the map work fine on all the websites. I am based in US. I wonder if this is caused by the google API restrictions of usage in certain areas. There is no code in eventON that is restricting the map from working, if there is any such thing it is via google maps.

If the login page says ” invalid username” that means there are no accounts with that email. Please purchase new addons using that email. And make sure u save the username pass to login to download updates in the future 🙂
