I’ve recreated events on our test server and everything works (Month Span and Month Span March): http://dev2.myeventon.com/aaa/. Could you please try the instructions mentioned in this documentation to make sure your issue is indeed coming from eventon.

Is there a reason the automatic update didn’t show for this update?

Autoupdate doesn’t work for everyone at the moment.

We are currently on 2.6.12 version.

You are using very old one. Can you update to latest version and check once?

Also, have you modified or customized any of the plugin files in any way?

To update eventon addons: You can download latest eventon addons from myeventon > my account. Then you can go to your website, deactivate old addon and install new one and activate then delete the old addon. This link will further explain the process.
