I understand and need this fixed quickly. Let me know the charge. Also I can send you a zip of the current plugin from the live site to work from. I made slight updates to the language/wording for the front-end when I first implemented it. Please let me know next steps. I’d love to have this resolved today to keep my client happy.

Hello,

We had added the custom work in a separate plugin so that it would not be affected by changes in other plugin/addons.

However, this time there  was a drastic changes in the main plugin which is causing this issue.

It will cost a small amount for the fix.
