All of the other plugins including the ext one are also at the most current level. I was expecting this to be missing a site setting of some sort but we haven’t done an event calendar in 2020 so I haven’t used the plugin this year and trying to now. So I do not know if this was a problem before migrating.

It is updated, it made no difference.

Sorry, one of the team deleted the dummy event I sent you a URL for.

If you look at this post then you can see the default green text. To fix this the team are having to manually change this text to black in the text editor. I want to change the default to black but I don’t know where it is getting the green from (it’s not a website colour we use).

Good day! We no longer have the ability to debug plugins. We need to prepare for events.
So, we updated the wordpress to the latest version and eventon and all purchased eventon plugins to the latest versions. We decided not to carry out all other updates yet. People cannot register because of our checks. If you have new information, let me know.

P.S. If you want, I can create a user with administrator rights and send it to you. But I’m not sure that at the moment it will be useful, because current state –  the form is ok

You have very old version of eventon. Please update to latest version and check once.

To update eventon to latest version: If you are unable to do autoupdate, you can go to codecanyon your account > download and get the latest eventon version as zip file. Then you can go to your website, deactivate old eventon, activate (Do not delete eventon settings & data when EventON is uninstalled) from eventon settings, delete old eventon, install new one and activate.
