No I can’t do that…when I try to drop onto the main page, it won’t allow me and instead the sidebar keeps scrolling as I move the cursor over the main area of edit page

please update to latest tickets addon or subscriber addon

I’m really sorry, the site webmaster has changed the plug-in for another one and I wasn’t aware of it. Obviously the problem concerns the new plug-in and not Event On 🙁

choose riverdance and set the date range from 22feb to today and you will see 14 sales

but the event itself is set to $100 but you have sales for $60 and $30

I would recommend for now disabling that gpay and force them to go through the checkout as I believe thats the reason its not working

they would be in woocomerce orders somewhere-I’ll have a see if I can differentiate between the payment methods

but yes if you could get the 3 email addresses of the 3 sales we can check woocomerce
