This depends on the theme, which theme are you using? Maybe they have removed this feature.

Is it possible to change the colour of the Month Arrows and the MONTH YEAR (example JANUARY, 2020)

Event Lists shortcode [add_eventon_list] is not compatible with Month Arrows, I am afraid. Please change it to [add_eventon] if you want to see Month Switching arrows.

1. Please check this add-on https://www.myeventon.com/addons/rsvp-events/ instead. Booking requires Tickets add-on and you cannot just book without going through the checkout process. Try on http://dev.myeventon.com/wp-admin/

2. You can activate Tile Design http://dev2.myeventon.com/20082-2/:

Please update to EventON 2.8.4, if needed and then go to wp-admin > Settings > Time Format > H:i.

You can either add this to the shortocode:

hide_so=”yes”

Or go to EventON > Sorting and Filtering > enable Globally Hide both Sort and Filter Icons and Bar on Calendar.

To update eventon addons: You can download latest eventon addons from myeventon > my account. Then you can go to your website, deactivate old addon and install new one and activate then delete the old addon. This link will further explain the process. To update eventon to latest version: If you are unable to do autoupdate, you can go to codecanyon your account > download and get the latest eventon version as zip file. Then you can go to your website, deactivate old eventon, activate (Do not delete eventon settings & data when EventON is uninstalled) from eventon settings, delete old eventon, install new one and activate.
