Okay, I’m not going to use the slider. It’s not customizable enough for what I need. I am using Smart Slider 3 (which I already have installed on the site). But I am having the same issue with the Yearly calendar view:

Click on “February 4” on the calendar. It opens the pop-up to show the events on that day. Click on the event. It opens the detail event popup. That is NOT how the event is configured. It is configured to open into an external link as it operates here:

I left one error in there! Instead of
$parent_style = ‘parent-style’;
it should be:
$parent_style = ‘hello-elementor’;
(The parent theme is hello-elementor, and the child theme is hello-elementor-child.)

Were you able to refresh the page and still see the calendar? It’s still causing issues for me and I can’t get it to load. But I can on my phone without any issue.
Here is how to fix that 🙂
Make sure the code changes are just as how it is in the above screenshot where it is circled/highlighted in red. These changes will be in the next version update to the software, so the patch changes you make here will not be removed when you update to next version 🙂
Good day Solomon, the functionality is like, pay for events > submit events. Promoting events is not an option to collect payments for. However it is an aspect we are thinking of improving.
