The wpbakery widgets and shortcodes are not supposed to go into the events themselves it does cause conflicts- the intergration  it is more adding eventon to bakery created pages

Have you tried custom eventon time offsets in settings?

Oh interesting I wonder if the javascript is whats causing this. Lets try this patch as well.

Were you able to try the 3 items I mentioned above? Orit that is the only way out of this, specially because we can not replicate thsi on our end 🙂

There is no reason that your events should be wiped out. 

Was this option selected when you upgraded to new version? You can also try eventon settings > diagnose to make sure emails are going through on your website.

Please update to latest version RSVP 2.6.5 and if the issue still continue annabelle please send us a new ticket as this original ticket is a year old.

Can you give us administrator-level privilege for the username/password you have provided please?

We could not access some section in the dashboard.
