Thank you Paul for the message. So if you want to show only one or two items selected on the initial filter list you can set event_type=’23’ as an example in the shortcode. 

And I can see how select all or none option would be useful for a long list. Will add it to our feature list. We are really hoping to improve on the filters in the coming months. 🙂

Helen, so I am not able to replicate this issue on my end. I know this was an issue and I had it fixed. May be your site is still running old version of tickets addon? 

You can reach out to your webhost on getting FTP access. And without that I will not be able to help because I can not replicate the issue on our end. Sorry.
