This event has 0 in Total Tickets in Stock. You can add more if you want to sell more tickets.
According to Sales Insight https://tppr.me/YUHue you’ve sold 12 tickets (you can also check View Attendees). Some customers could buy 2+ tickets as well.
It should either not allow more than 16 registrants or better yet, ignore the unpaid ones, allowing us to sell out.
Every time you Cancel or Refund orders it’ll re-stock tickets. So if there is a problem with Payment you need to cancel the order.

May I try to turn off every plugin?

Yes I’m having the same problem and can no longer access the website – what do you suggest I do to try and change things – this is very urgent and a huge issue for us so we need all the help you can to sort this out.
Which theme did you change it from and to.

don’t do anything else, I’m just dropping this plugin, is just not working. It’s not worth it. I would like a refund.
