Leila, that call is only run when single event pages are loaded, and it gets some JSON content. If you are seeing multiple times this call is running on a single page load. Please send me direct link to it, so I can debug.– because it should only run once.

If you go to eventon settings > language under ticket you can find that text to translate or change the text to whatever you want 🙂

Additional checkout guest fields > Phone Number and Email Address are the only fields that are available for Tickets, I am afraid.

You can send us a customization job request by creating a new ticket in here and selecting Customization Request as the category so one of our developers can add more through the source code.
