When Tile design enabled you cannot use ux_val=”1″. Please change it to ux_val=”3″ or ux_val=”4″:

Please check it in theme_folder/functions.php.

Author fields aren’t among acceptable CSV file fields (you can find them by going to EventON > CSV Import > GUIDE FOR CSV FILE). Could you check maybe there is a code similar to the one from this guide https://docs.myeventon.com/documentations/import-additional-fields-using-hooks/?

As a temporary solution could you go to plugins/eventON/ajde/ajde-wp-admin.css line 705, comment “overflow-y: hidden;”, clean your cache and check.

Didn’t find the same issue on our test server (checked on iPad/Safari): http://dev2.myeventon.com/19966-2/.

Could you please try the instructions mentioned in this documentation to make sure your issue is indeed coming from eventon.
