Unfortunately, at the moment it is not supported. However please create a new ticket and select Feature Request as category so others can vote to get it moved into development faster.

OR You can send us a customization job request by creating a new ticket in here and selecting Customization Request as the category.

Please also try WP All Import plugin or similar. But we can’t guarantee 100% compatibility.

Issue resolved itself while adjusting event settings, no known fix, can no longer replicate.

Please go to EventON > Language > EVENT TYPE CATEGORIES > Event Type 1/2.

Thanks for a quick reply. I would like to be able to change it on the front-end so that people know what it is. For instance, the first type for me either performances or exhibitions and the other filter is location, – both of those are easy to understand. So, I would like it to say “Day of the Week” or something instead of “Event Type 2.” Just makes it seem more classy/understandable.

Each EventON’s ticket is hidden in Shop by default so users or search engines can’t see them unless they are provided with a direct link.

Please change Event Over in EventON > Language > Tickets/RSVP > Event Over.
