Hi,

There is an option in the settings to adjust the time.

Please go to myeventon->general settings->Time Settings and make the adjustment in “Custom eventon only time offset value (in minutes)” field.

Please check the screenshot.

Let us know if that does not work.

These are the options I have set Paul, so may be you can try changing your WC settings to like this? Because it certainly seems like in your wc checkout its expecting the user to be already logged in.

Sarah we greatly appreciate your patient, as you had lot of issues and we have continuously helped you resolve them one by one.

Here is the patch fix for hiding the event date from ticket holder details if you do not want that. What you need to do is comment out the code I have marked with the arrow.
