Unfortunately, at the moment it is not supported. However please create a new ticket and select Feature Request as category so others can vote to get it moved into development faster.
OR You can send us a customization job request by creating a new ticket in here and selecting Customization Request as the category.

So to remove items from eventcard go to eventon settings > eventcard and uncheck those fields.
And Sarah really sorry for taking time to get in here. Been crazy busy with development stuff/

Ah I see how the additional ticekt information is showing the original event time.
Found the errors and got it resolved. Going to release booking addon and tickets addon update here shortly and please update to those and that will fix the issue 🙂

Also wanted to point out the new ticket number is base64_encrypted number not just the ticket number. We’ve had ppl who use that ticekt number and manipulate other tickets and getting into event. So we encrypted the ticket number.

Ok. We will update EventOn. One question. It works when Safari is updated to the newest version. What will happen if a customer looks at the website and trying to access the calendar if they have an old version of Safari, I guess the calendar will not work? Is that fixed in the latest version of EventON?
