Joshua, I have refunded the booking addon for you. however ICS addon is with another itme in the order and makes it hard to refund just one item. Is there any chance you would take credit for future purchase of other addons instead of ICS addon refund?

Joshua, sorry for the confusion. Actually the bookings addon require tickets and woocommerce plugins.

You can set ticket price to $0.00 and have your students book time slots without having to pay. Please let me know the order ID for ICS addon you purchased and I can process the refund for that.
